First Time Home Buyers – Our Favorite!

Working with first time home buyers is one of our favorite types of transactions. The past few years have been incredibly frustrating with multiple offers, cash buyers, and minimal inventory. We love the various neighborhoods in Hailey as they offer a lovely sense of community, oversized yards and plenty of nearby parks. Plus, you get to know your neighbors and watch the neighborhood kids grow and play together!

This beautiful home was almost new and located in the highly coveted Old Cutters neighborhood. Easy access to the bike path, all day sun, and a low maintenance single level home really checked all the boxes for this young couple.

With first time home buyers, we like to ensure we go the extra mile to make sure everything is explained throughout the way. It can be a very stressful process as you make the largest purchase of your life and we really feel there is no such thing as a “stupid question”.
