Idaho Gives Week is Here!

While we all would love to be charitable all year long, sometimes it just doesn’t happen! And that’s okay! Luckily, we have Idaho Gives week to remind us of all the amazing non profit organizations that make the Wood River Valley so special. While we know every organization does amazing things, here are a few of our favorites!

Higher Ground
Higher Ground aims to enhance quality of life through therapeutic recreation and education. They serve children and adults with developmental, cognitive or physical disabilities. They also specialize in providing services to veterans and first responders with visible and invisible disabilities such as TBI, PTSD, MST, Polytrauma and other mental health challenges.

BCRD
Since 1976, BCRD has brought affordable, accessible and quality recreation to Blaine County residents and visitors. Managing over 160 kilometers of trails, over 20 youth programs and 4 recreation facilities, the BCRD allows us to continuing enjoying this beautiful place we call home.

Sun Valley REALTORS Give
As part of our initiatives to give back, the 5B REALTORS for Veterans program provides housing assistance to our local veterans. In addition to financial support, each June we get together to help local veterans with spring cleanup and housing repairs if needed.

Hailey Ice
Community-supported ice sports such as figure skating, hockey, and public skates. Through partnerships and donations, Hailey Ice is able to run the Campion Ice House as well as the free, natural ice sheet on the rodeo grounds each winter.
